Myra Miranda is 15-year real estate industry veteran in the Philippines. After graduating BS Mathematics with Computer Application from De La Salle University Manila and being Student Council Batch President for 3 consecutive years, she started her real estate career as a Junior Property Specialist in Alveo Land Corp, an Ayala Land company.

At first, she just wanted to be part of the top developer in the country and transfer later on to a department where she could apply her BS Math and Computer course. However, after 2 weeks of being a Junior Property Specialist, she already made her first sale and she never looked back. Aside from her critical and logical thinking skills, she was also able to apply her skills as a servant leader by professionally serving her clients. She went on to be the very first recipient of Alveo Land’s Best in Customer Service award – her most favorite award to date.

In 2018, she incorporated ask ME: The Property Specialist Group with her business partners to cater to more of their client’s needs – including resale, rental and property management. She intends to retain Ayala Developments for all the Ayala Land developments that she personally handles.

Myra is also an entrepreneur. She co-owns Pound for Pound Fitness BGC Fort, Quezon Avenue and Bataan. She is also a partner in a cleaning company called Miss Martha.

She enjoys spending time with her husband Allen, and 2 sons – Mateo and Marko.
